·        Lead multiple production teams to achieve desired production outputs.

·        The candidate will be appointed as 2. 6.1 (MHSA).

·        Optimise plant and equipment utilization.

·        Devise effective maintenance strategy together with maintenance department to improve equipment availability.

·        Continuously focus on process improvements to meet business plan targets.

·        Ensure compliance to HSE policies and standards.

·        Focus on operational excellence and promote cost savings.

·        Monitor and analyse key performance areas for the plant.

·        Develop and review metallurgical procedures.

·        Train all employees on related COP’s and SOP’s.

·        Develop and implement individual training programs for the teams.

·        Ensure correct staffing of the section to achieve required outputs, unnecessary production delays and safety standard deviations.

·        Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Process Metallurgist

·        8 years of which was on a Supervisory Level.
