TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintaining zero harm to people and environment.
· Logging Safety and environmental incidents and close-out thereof.
· Achievement of production targets.
· Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
· Availability of process equipment spares and consumables.
· Effective operation and utilization of process plant equipment.
Minimum requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Grade 12 / N3 Technical Certificate
· Fitter trade Test
· Valid Driver’s license
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Qualified Fitter in a mining environment
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
· Motivation, self -awareness, and self -management
· Ability to work under pressure
· Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
· Well development written and oral communication skills
