Collect weighbridge tickets and maintain accurate records.
Take photographs of offloading operations for documentation purposes.
Track and report errors from BOP operations.
Verify all loads daily using weighbridge slips.
Reconcile daily dispatch vs. received at BOP, document broken seals, and report NCRs to transporters.
Compile weekly operational and reconciliation reports.
Reconcile inbound loads with received deliveries and report missing trucks.
Identify inconsistencies or discrepancies in road haul operations and obtain approval for offloading where necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company procedures.
Minimum requirements
Grade 12 / Matric.
Certificate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or related field (advantageous).
1–3 years of experience in logistics, transport, or road haul administration (mining experience advantageous).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data capturing systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and reporting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
