Check-in and log driver details upon entry and exit of the weighbridge.

Issue weighbridge tickets to drivers on arrival and departure.

Update and maintain the weighbridge ticketing system.

Complete the weighbridge inspection checklist as required.

Operate the weighbridge and ensure trucks are directed to the correct stockpile for loading or offloading.

Maintain a clean and clear weighbridge area at all times.

Accurately record all vehicle movements (weigh-in and weigh-out).

Update stock information in the weighbridge system for procurement and operational purposes.

Capture and maintain key information in weighbridge spreadsheets.

Perform routine maintenance of the weighbridge and surrounding area.

Ensure accurate capturing of weights in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately.

Assist with filing and other administrative duties as required.

Maintain up-to-date telephone and office etiquette practices.

Perform any other reasonable tasks or requests as directed by the supervisor.
